Roush serpentine belt

Got my green belt in the other day, rock auto $50 some dollars , install it next week , looks pretty beefy.

So what exactly green belt did you get? And what's the year or your Raptor. I'm reading all this and how the hell is it this difficult to get a belt!

I have a 2013 Roush ...I see 1 stage or 2 stage ...how do I find that out? Sorry if that's a noob question. It gets around 125 f here and I want to get a few belts but this is insane. I hear the belt is 126?? But will the tensioner take up the slack for and inch back or forward. They want 350 dollars to change it here and I find that a bit hard to swallow if I do it myself...not to mention the jackasses managed to scrape the entire rear fender on a cement post after had it in to put the liner and top on. So you can imagine trepidation to take it to the dealer here. Thanks

The Roush belts are custom made for Roush, you cannot get them through 3rd parties.

Year doesn't matter, only stage 1 & 2 make a small difference.
Getting a belt to long will cause slippage, getting to short will cause bearing damage.

You can order the belt directly from Roush if you want.
Install it yourself and save a ton of coin, it's not hard to do by yourself.
And it you be good to do at home once, then trying it at night stuck somewhere.

I just bought a belt from oreillys I can get you the part number if you want. It was like 46 bucks. I wanna say it was 125.6 inches long? You can find the roush belt online too for like 90. Don't let them charge you that much that's absolutely insane. It takes three minutes to change out the belt.. Buy a half inch drive breaker bar from the parts store to release pressure from the tensioner. Its like 8 bucks. And I couldn't agree more on having a practice run in the yard before you're stranded and have to change it at night on the side of the road in the rain.. Do you have the routing diagram sticker under your hood?

Remembering to start with the AC compressor is key, the rest you can kind of figured out on your own.

I just bought a belt from oreillys I can get you the part number if you want. It was like 46 bucks. I wanna say it was 125.6 inches long? You can find the roush belt online too for like 90. Yea that would be great if I could get that part number. Funny enough I called ford here in dubai...what a bunch of shit stains....the wouldn't give me the part number...it's against company policy

Yes the diagram is under the hood. Thought the part number was on it but whatever that number is doesn't come up on any search.

Got the info on that oreillys belt for you. Part# K061251 gates century series micro v belt. 6 rib belt .807 inches wide and 125.6 inches long. I have not personally used this belt, it's jut what I bought for a spare. There's another thread on here where a guy has been using it for 6 months + and has not had any problems with it

Got the info on that oreillys belt for you. Part# K061251 gates century series micro v belt. 6 rib belt .807 inches wide and 125.6 inches long. I have not personally used this belt, it's jut what I bought for a spare. There's another thread on here where a guy has been using it for 6 months + and has not had any problems with it

We've used them as well, you can go a step smaller to a K061247 with a 72mm or smaller pulley.

Thanks for the info guys. I found the K061251 on amazon so i ordered it. Funny enough before this i decided to try and go the "official" route and simply email Roush and ask them. They actually emailed me back and told me the belt size is 3200mm. So there you go straight from the company's mouth..er... finger tips.

You guys would be suprised how much i was in shock and forgot what real customer service is from living here too long... sigh.
