GEN 2 Roof screws

Today I noticed these holes in my roof where it looks like screws should go. Any idea what is supposed to be in there?

Weird. Thanks. Looks like a bolt in there. A plastic insert. Like I can bolt something to this.

One of my rivets was not seated correctly and had a massive water leak 2 weeks after I bought the truck which turned into a dealer having it for 5 weeks while they tried to figure it out after I told them I thought the rivet was the issue. Ended up putting a longer than stock rivet in to seal it up.
