Call them. Much more responsive to phone calls then emails. Busy shop

A good shop should always get with the times. Customers are busy people too and everybody operates off of there cell phones these days via text and email. Its the way of the future!

Its taken some doing to try and get a solid timeline back on my order.. called them last week and said I would be getting a call back in 20 minutes about when my parts would arrive.. 4 days later, no call back. I can understand they are a busy shop and not just an online store, and I'm not one to get upset over the little things. But still, it takes 5 minutes.
