RollX Works for me but with some minor tweaks to get the rails sitting evenly, latches are fine but the tie down clips at the front are a pos - my mate slept on it and not a mark and hes 120 kg -
off road never had the cover pop up and I dont hand around

You will be highly disappointed if you get this cover and hit the dirt with any frequency.

I completely disagree with this statement. Ive been offroading with no issues since the new cover. I haven't gone airborne yet so i cant comment on that. These have a great warranty so if youre not happy pick up the phone see what BAK will do.

Someone said something about the shims. Install them where the clamps go. Thats what i did. The instructions are not updated fyi if youre following the book. BAK has neglected to fix this issue.

I have the same problem even with the newer style rails they sent me. Every time I hit a speed bump, even at like 10mph, I have to pull over and re-latch it. It's very annoying and wish I got something different.

The problem is the plastic latch parts that catch the rails are too short and only grab about 1/4" on each side. So with any bump or flex, they pop open.

I don't have pics with me to post today but I adjusted the knobs at the rear of the cover. It's easy to adjust for the issue the initial posted has, Loosen the lock nut, and adjust the knobs to get the back flat and then retighten the locking nuts.

I don't have the shims in yet but I plan to try them.

What ya do?

I had to take off the star/hand nuts and fiddle with the stop bolt things that engage the latch. Once adjusted I put the star nuts back on to maintain the position of those bolts. Now the cover sits perfectly flush and seals against the tailgate. Also, my latches have lots of "bite" and there's no way they are popping off unless I grab air and come down super hard... even then they might hold, but I've not put my truck through such paces, yet. (As a simple test I hit a big speed bump in my work parking lot while going a good speed... other than getting the security guard to holler at me, nothing happened. :))
