man that looks great. I sewed a few steering wheels on old vehicles and couldn’t believe how long it took. How worn out was the original leather?

The original steering wheel was worn out at the red strip. Also a few scratches on the rear of the steering wheel. I wanted the steering wheel to feel new. Also, by stitching a cover, the thickness of the steering wheel increased which is what I was going for. After driving many BMWs, the Raptor steering wheel felt rather thin.

The cover came pre-perforated, there is no way I would attempt to perforate on my own ha.
