Body roll is a slow speed shock movement so as far as valving goes you'd be looking at potentially changing the coilover valving, not so much the bypass. I would talk to the guys at Icon as they will be able to give you some pointers and the direction to go based on how your shocks are setup now. It could be something as easy as adding a little preload, closing off a bleed screw in the piston or just changing a few shims to add some stability to the shock platform when cornering.
With the correct shock setup I see no need for a front sway-bar on the Raptor as it makes the front end less independent and adds spring rate.
