Ok. I think something's getting lost in the translation here. I'll try to explain, but I'm going off of my experience with Recon lights for a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
The Recon lights may or may not use your stock bulbs. I'm not sure. I seem to remember when I bought mine they came with the single set of H1's for the high beams, and I was able to plug in my existing low beams into the projectors, OR since I bought a HID kit with them, I could use the HID kit for my lows. I don't remember for sure. It may have been that I had to go buy an extra set of H1's for the lows until I put in my HIDs. I highly doubt they use the stock bulbs though, because they are a single bulb for the highs/lows. This is all besides the point though, because you said you ordered a HID kit from Recon. SO, what you do is hook up the HIDs and plug them into the low beam projectors, and use the H1 bulbs in the high beams.
Now that I think about it, the ones I got were Spyder brand, but I believe the process is more or less the same for all of them. The Spyder's sucked btw. I gave that truck to my dad and 3 of the 5 LED's on the passenger side burned out already.
If I'm way off, somebody, probably Ryan or somebody else from Recon, please help the guy out.
