Recon pulled the money but didn't ship

Hmmm! Recon pulled the money from my CC but hasn't shipped, I thought they couldn't or shouldn't pull the charge until items ship!

I say call them. They cannot do that. Could just be due to the delay. Computer set to charge on a date and someone failed to change when the date pushed. We use an Oracle system and this happens to us occasionally

Recon sucks

I'm going to vent here! Recon has advertised this bogus product for months now without ever having any in stock! First ship date of 12/15/12 in time for Christmas never happened. They set a second ship date of 1/15/13 and that never materialized either. I ordered on 11/21/12 and after the first failed ship date they pulled the money from my card! I have tried to contact their customer service only to listen to country music for longer than I would care to when I finaly got connected to a "leave a message at the tone". I requested by e-mail to credit my account back and we will see how that goes!

I was curious what happened to the guys that said they ordered them. I haven't seen any installed and now I see why.

Bottom line - Recon sucks.

Avoid at all costs.

Just do a little searching about how crappy they are - all together. Quality, service, product, etc.

I got an email from recon yesterday saying the lights will ship by end of month. We shall see. They also took my money long ago. I told then if I don't have by Feb 1st, to cancel my order and refund my money. They sent me a FedEx tracking # that isn't in the system yet.
I'll post as I know more.

Money back!

I got my money back from RE CON artist! They claimed they were shipping my order the same day I canceled so they put it back in inventory for the next guy in line! What a joke! That was on the 19th and and said they had 3000 ready to ship out with 4500 more coming on February 1st, yet no one has received any. They do one thing very well at RE CON, LIE!!!! I'll just save up a little longer and get a 40" behind the grill LED light bar from M&R.
