Any recommendations on a Ford dealer with good track record in the Sacramento Area?
I've heard some good things about Ron Dupratt in Dixon, and Woodland Ford.

I'm going on a road trip and will need to have an oil change and tire rotation done while I'm away. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop in Miami? I've seen a couple requests for the same, but not any replies. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

DFW area:

Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrolton, TX.

Is neighbors with the Chevy dealership owned by the same network, which was recommended by Camaro owners. Great guys, took it in for a coolant/transmission flush and getting the Lead Frame Recall fix done. Got a text about what the pricing was going to be. Offers shuttle service from either the dealer itself or with Uber if you're within 10 miles. They asked me if I had a tune before doing the Lead Recall work done, I don't but it was nice they asked. I did need to nudge them about an update an hour before closing, but they quickly reached out. Cleaned the truck pretty well by hand (I've power-washed hands-free it a dozen times by now which doesn't remove the dirt marks, so I knew it was hand-washed).

So out of this whole thread, the nor cal area got two positive votes for Ford Store Morgan Hill? I have yet to try them, but seems like I’ll be going there next.

Shaffer’s performance: fantastic, had these guys just do diff covers and transmission cover. They were fast and communication was on point. They seem to be a great spot for general bolt-on work, they did say they weren’t into the “internals” of the engines (I.e. they wouldn’t do my cam phasers), buy they also are not strictly a ford shop, so it makes sense. I did notice they have a nice alignment rack that would accommodate bigger trucks ( raptor / trx / tundras ) so that’s good to know in the future for tire changing.

Fremont Ford: not great, their SA’s never reply, even on their personal phones, work seems to take a while for even just diagnoses. I was approached by the sales team at least twice to buy an f250 for no reason.

Stevens creek Ford: again, not impressed, the first and only time I went there was to have them diagnose cam phaser rattle, they claimed it was not that, and that the started was just not properly connected, then sent me home, after the truck was there for 2 days.

Any other nor cal / San Jose area dealers or independent shops that would be good for more engine work?
