Yes. Clean the leaf springs periodically with a pressure washer to remove dirt/contamination. Then dry with compressed air.

There is an axiom among bikers that a dirty but well lubed chain will well out last a clean but not lubed chain. will constantly hitting the leafs with something like aerosol white lithium grease help or just temporarily make the dirt & grime between the leafs more quiet and then just continue being noisy?

The problem is that any grease will attract dust/dirt, which builds up and causes noise and wear on the spring tip isolators. I’m sure some have had success with various lubricants, but the only recommended procedure per the WSM is cleaning with high pressure water and then drying with compressed air.
