Rear Suspension Components - Ford Lobo Raptor

I stared watching this random video on the Mexican version of the 2021 F-150 ( Lobo) Raptor and something caught my eye when they were showing the rear suspension. What are the additional suspension components at minute 5:00? You don’t have to speak Spanish, btw. He points right at them. Why doesn’t the US version come with those components?
