Just a heads up regarding the shields three screws. My passenger side had all three missing, drivers side had to left. One was loose. Other locked down. Passenger side shield had been rubbing for some time on the shock. Not to happy. Have four on order, will be using loc-tite for sure. The one I removed to get the correct size had loc-tite on it. Not sure why all the others are gone.

Any pic of where that is, top, bottom?

Also don’t know if it’s just German engineering that doesn’t use loctite but I read proper nuts an/or bolts shouldn’t need loctite, that it’s a bandaid for less than perfect fitting hardware. Don’t know if that’s true though.

MDJAK, It is on the bottom of the shock. Just above the bolt that holds the shock in. Hopefully my issue is just a rare case. I have been thinking someone removed these at the dealership when the truck was in for service. But I have no proof either. Just hard to believe i lost four of them.
