I ordered a simular version a while back from devriessignsatgmail on ebay. It doesn't look like he currently has any posted for sale. He makes them by order so if you contact him, he might be able to do them again.

I got the steering while emblem, rear emblem, and front grill letters from him. They are great quality. Haven't installed the rear emblem though, was waiting to paint the camera bezel and while waiting decided to with the black bullet version instead.
