Rattling noise near center console

New 24R with 7xx miles and I heard ratting sound from day 1 while driving. Today I found it comes from under this part. Does anyone know what's under the plastic cover?

Yes if I press it firmly the noise is gone. The noise is here when hitting speed bumps or on rough roads.
