Having been a former PT Instructor, I am always looking for Opportunities to increase my already Amazing Physical Fitness. Such an opportunity presented itself yesterday while Raptoring the Muddy Mountains Wilderness. After an hour of Flipping the tires, sometimes as far as 10 feet, for well over 5miles UP & Down the hill, I finally got winded and headed on down the trail... :grd::grd::mario::mario::guile-1::guile-1:IMGP8895.JPGIMGP8897.JPGIMGP8898.JPGIMGP8900.JPGIMGP8901.JPG

LOL! That tire's like 500lbs! Sheesh. I once flipped a tractor tire for a mile. My bicep tendons were flamed out and done! Expected the back to be sore and stiff but the hardest was actually getting a grip on the thing an hour into it.
:wtf2: I’m surprised you didn’t detach your biceps tendon?
What’s next, you going after David Goggins Pull-Up record?
