What a bogus comparison. Guys say it ups the competition, but honestly in a way I hope Ford doesn't take this biased story too seriously. They (and we) know which truck is the best. And, with $18K (have at you) in extras what our truck would be capable of. Raptor for the win!

Oh, and 6.2, just keep twitching at 'em. If it doesn't convince them, at least it'll freak them the **** out.

Guys this is marketing 101! Ram sees how successful the raptor is and they want to get a piece of the action. I feel 90% sure with the next silverado bodystyle they will do a more hardcore offroad package then the z71, but that wont be for nother what 2-3 years

I am certain a long travel kit and some other simple modifications would eat the Ram Runner. Why not compare it to my PreRunner Raptor?

Well, its not like they can do a fair comparison with a raptor anyway...no one else makes a factory assembled stock truck in its class. nuff said.

I dont take these comparisons to heart....its like mythbusters saying its impossible to do something because the 3 interns they have with no skill for the thing they are testing cant replicate it....

One thing everyone has to agree on-
IF Dodge built a stock trophy truck to compete with the raptor, and did a better job building it, would you buy it instead of a raptor? Im sure it would be an overwhelming majority here that would stick with Ford....I wont leave Ford.

I'd rather take a punch to the face every morning than drive a Chrysler product. Now, if GM builds a real long travel Silverado with an LS7... I might give it a look-see.
