Raptor Sightings/Spotting (on the road or parked)

I drove past this Raptor multiple times a day and it hasnt moved an inch in over 3 months. The poor thing is filthy, neglected, and looks abandoned. Its a college kids Raptor who lives close to campus so I guess he has no use for it. I honestly want to make an offer for it since he obviously doesnt use it or takes care of it.

I guess he does not want to sell since he has put aftermarket bumper and rims.

Anyone knows the bumper brand on this raptor? I wonder how the bumper looks from different angles.

If you want different pictures I can take some for you. Like I said this truck never moves and its less than a mile from my house on a main road I drive multiple times a day.

Yes please, I would like to see more pictures from the front. If you can also find out the brand of the bumper, it would be great. I guess there should be a name (or initials) for the manufacturer somewhere on the bumper. I highly appreciate your willingness to help!

Shitload of steel in that bad boy. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that truck is set for mid-perch and just looks stock because of the weight.
