Saw a Ruby Red SE with beadlocks pulling into Dunkin Donuts on 53 in Hanover, Ma about noonish??

I've been seeing a lot of them in big bear and lake arrowhead areas, there's 3 I see almost daily in big bear, anyone here in these areas?

I drove past this Raptor multiple times a day and it hasnt moved an inch in over 3 months. The poor thing is filthy, neglected, and looks abandoned. Its a college kids Raptor who lives close to campus so I guess he has no use for it. I honestly want to make an offer for it since he obviously doesnt use it or takes care of it.
