Even street queens with the very intelligent traction control applying the brakes independently to regain traction. As long as the is some forward motion the Raptor will clamp down on the spinning wheel transferring power to other wheel. Granted it you start spinning and pin the gas pedal it will kill the throttle until the excessive spin is stopped. In 4wd and sport mode with front torsen you can literally feel the Raptor using the brakes to crawl out of stuff.
If you drive around with a lead foot, you miss a lot of the little things the electronics does to help the Raptor keep moving.

Is Jamal said " there is so much technology in the Raptor, there is no reason to disable it completely. You are a faster with it in sport mode than turned off"

OK. But all of that traction control, stability control, and brake based anti-spin is in the normal F-150. And I plan on sswapping out the differential with true-tracs. Very similar to your Torsens, just cheaper. Slightly lower bias ratio though. About 2.5: versus 4:1

From what I understand there were software changes made to the 2012's, and the stuff you are describing is exactly what my truck does.

All I know is the programming and systems integration that Ford/SVT has done is unique to the Raptor.. That is what makes a Raptor a Raptor.

If you want to put Raptor suspension on a F150 please go ahead, but reading all your justifications is down right boring!

No one ever said you had to read it.

I'm just writing down my thoughts. They could be wrong. So tell me why I am wrong, something more than fuzzy logic.

I never said I was wanting to call my truck a Raptor.

Reading comprehension is not one of your strengths, is it?

To put the Raptor suspension on a regular F150 I think is cool, to put the badging or seats that are embroidered Raptor not so much.
Trust me no one is worried about you bringing down the value of the Raptor by building a clone.

The seats are shaped differently, and much more confortable. Plus they are power, which makes them much more adjustable. The fact that they are embriodered is a negative for me. But not much I can do about that.
As I've already said, badging is not my style.
To give you an idea, I was thinking of these fender to cover the wheels and longer suspension arms

09-13 Ford F150 Fenders - FiberwerX Off Road Fiberglass

Which looks nothing like a Raptor.

Jesus Christ, you guys are like an exclusive little club. Can't have people that aren't as cool as you looking like they belong in the same club, eh?
