Def. need to check it out! We about to head out there again. My Lil cousin brought his ranger runner in to join us.

^^^I always thought our Raptor's front end design was based off a ranger. My cousin has installed already baja front fenders.

^^ fairly steep, had to go for it. WITH EASE TOO, crawled back up the other side in rock/sand terrain. Surprised the Chit out of us once again. Don't have a picture of the other side though.

Just makin it back to LA safely! AFTER Our first true adventure in the Raptor and putting it to the tests......THIS THING IS A TRUE BEAST And beggin for some sand! The lady cant wait until we go on another pre-run. She mapped the trails great too, I was impressed! We couldn't make the benefit in Texas and another ride last weekend, therefor I decided to research into places around Destin....."Family Vacation"........to wheel. Thats when this Base popped up.

FYI- excuse the crappy iPhone pics, wish I could upload video.

U live around the area swoop?

I do, over in Pensacola. I took a bunch of buddies out there with their trucks but we didn't find nearly as much awesomeness as you did. They were into the more technical stuff, tight trails and I wasn't about to do that to mine.

I'd love to go back out there, but I've no Raptor (or truck in general) right now.

Here's a video from my last time out there:

I figured out exactly the area. We tried other places but ended up back to this first section we went. I guess we got lucky the first day we pre-ran to find these trails being your a local. :) All the areas in Niceville section is the ticket. Right by the toll bridge to get into Destin. Pretty much every where around Niceville is golden sand trails and nothing but miles of wide trails, not sections either!
The trail we started out at:
Leaving Niceville from West John Sims Prkway; go up 85, right when u get past a red light, there's a fairly unmistaken trail on your left hand side. U pass through the red light and cross through the median and take that left. Trail turns into pure sand then a half a mile down it goes to asphalt and then sand the rest of the range! That area we found was the best!

Yeah, I went down three different entrances up 85 but we always managed to get into some tight crap. If you're over there again, let me know! I'll hitch a ride. :)
