just got the call from my dealer i got their allocation and my build was just assigned a order #. I was #1 in line and they only had one allocation. if your build did not get assigned a order number your build did not get picked up? you all with orders should know if you got a allocation today per my source

yes......order number is assigned by the dealer, has 0 bearing on build

I got an allocation yesterday morning and received an email from Ford confirming my order at 9:44am EST. It appears dealers do, in fact, have allocations.

The email does not mean an allocation, just means ford acknowledged your order was submitted

That is not what that means. Trust me when I tell you it doesn't. This will be my 4th order since the gen 3 came out. I ordered in June 21' & the first two orders never came in; dealer never had an allocation and sat unscheduled clean the entire time. I had order numbers on the build sheet, confirmation emails from Ford, none of it matters.

The men from the boys are separated at production scheduling which begins on Aug 18th. Dearborn scheduling will happen every Thursday unless cancelled. Check out the Blue Oval Forums and follow their production thread. Ice-Capades will post the production scheduling - schedule every week. Scheduling will take place until the balance out date for 2023MY Job #1.

At that point, if you don't have a VIN & a build date, thanks for playing, better luck next time.

Lol. I just figured i'd ruin it now rather than later. Wait til the words unscheduled clean start flying around. Hell, i might be one of the guys saying it, who knows.
