It feels like the $111k msrp price from Ford is the markup lol. Just let us place orders like Tesla does and take delivery upon arrival. Stop the bidding wars and lottery system with dealerships.

Depends how you look at it. If you ordered a loaded limited f250 you’re paying 100k. If you bought a loaded TRX you’re paying a 100k so given this truck is a limited run and production ford didn’t over price it at all. Yes the Tesla model is nice but I do have an honest small town dealer that’s never done wrong to me and would never do business without them.
That is awesome. Sadly it is just a piece of paper until they are allocated.

all these dealers are blowing smoke. I would put money on it. from what I was told. allocation for the raptor isn't assigned until the beginning of the month. there might be some dealers who are very confident they will get 1 or 2 based on past history and a good relationship with their rep and ford base on their past sales. good luck but again those emails mean nothing. ive had 2 email confirmations from FORD for MY22's. none had allocations and never got built. I fortunately snagged a 21 in January. the person backed out.
Not to mention I also was told by two dealers. one I trust the other not so much. but both told me if they do get an allocation the owner is buying it himself. they are not taking names to put on a list farther than 5 people. they would be waisting everyones time and giving false hope. Until they know actual production numbers everything is up in the air.
