Torque management. My 02 lightning did it cut boost every shift untill you bypassed the actuator lol. My 06 ram SRT 10 did it. I know the TRX does as well. If you listen to stock ones do a pull.

Now that the R is coming and it's more powerful than the TRX and it performs in the desert and at Starbucks, can you please tell the TRX owners on your other forum that they can hide behind their couch's and stay at "their" house as there is no need for them to come over here and shi-talk the raptor forum and brag aboout how they traded in their Raptor for a TRX. I thought it sounded like electronics intervening. Given the intrusive nature of Jen Too nannies, not surprised if it is.

Sounded like the engine was bouncing off the rev limiter in a manually selected gear, then the throttle was closed and it bogged down.

they all are retarding timing, or cut boost or even ignition for torque management to save the shock to the driveline..
