Fiberglass all around, loose spare and jack, light weight radiator, lightweight forged wheels, raceworks bumpers front and back,, ditch the backseat, ditch the tailgate, headers back no cats w/ catback dumped,
Ditch the swaybar, recaro seats.
You can save 4 to 5 lbs a corner by switching to the right tire, you can also save up to 10 lbs a corner by switching to the right wheel. That is rotating mass, so that could help. My recent exhaust work, based on tech claims, said it was about a 60lb saving by changing the muffler, so call it 40 to be conservative.
Besides going after the interior and ruining ride quality, or driving around without a tailgate, there is not much left.

Making the beast lighter is a topic I am really interested in. Working on a new alum rad setup and thinking of making a new upper core support in billet. Would come out weighing less. It's like backpacking, every little bit counts.
The biggest thing you could do to save weight up front would be to go to an aluminum block with iron or steel cylinder liners, the iron block is a lot of the weight on the front tires, other than that, if you're gonna street queen it, go ahead and take the spare out, you're gonna lose more mileage from aerodynamic losses than you'll gain from the weight loss taking the tailgate off, and then seats are a big chunk of weight, if you're really serious about weight reduction, focus on block material and interior
