I pulled the trigger on this RV and should be picking it up sometime in January.
Any towing tips you guys would like to offer? I have the SVC Chase Package getting installed (Deaver +3 and SVC adjustable bump stop kit). I'll be running a weight distribution hitch. I HAVE towed RVs of this length and weight before (as well as other trailers). Can you think of any other reasonable changes to the Raptor I should consider?

That link shows the 24FBC with a 775 lb hitch weight. That, along with two adults (or one fatty) is going to put you over the rated payload capacity of the truck.

Technically you are correct if I fully load the toy hauler. And even so, I'm comfortable with it, given the above changes I'm making. What I'm looking for here is any other suggestions regarding towing.

I'm not sure about this, depending on your mileage, but you may want to have the dealer to do a good once-over on the transmission and brakes. Those two things may let you down before anything else. There are some good deals on brake packages right now out there, by the way.

I would also eliminate any lighting that you might have up front, like lightbars behind the grill. Wouldn't want any air obstructions up front as your trans cooler is gonna need all the air it can get.

Other than that, have you thought about some mirror extensions? 24 foot isn't super long, but at night especially, you are gonna want to see what's in the lane behind you. Also, are your tires rated to haul the additional weights?

Good luck with your travels, and let's see some pics once you get it all hooked up!!!

Thanks for the stuff to think about. I do have drilled/slotted rotors and EBC pads and I just did my transmission service (60K miles). I'll definitely check out the current brake condition and maybe even go fancier the next round. My only lighting in the front is now in my bumper and on my hood, but that's a good thought too. I am running a Roush Supercharger, but it performed awesome on my last tow (24') up I-70, through Winter Park. I religiously keep my eye on the tranny and engine temps - they didn't waver at that uphill slog at all. I was actually pretty impressed.

Tires are good. The mirror extensions are an interesting idea I may look into. I was pretty happy towing the previous 24 footer with stock mirrors - but I will doing a lot more towing now.

The RV has arrived at the dealership. I'm hoping to make the trip to pick it up weekend after next. Pics!
