It should break down in to two groups one group will drive like there's no tomorrow and one group will drive like they want to see tomorrow...

Like the way you think!

I'll head the front of the group that wants to see tomorrow, just cause I have stock suspension

AKA cause there'll be no one in front of me slowing me down and there'll be nobody behind me wanting to pass :waytogo:

Get the following: 2 5 gallon gas cans. VHF Radio, and at least 2 spare tires, 5 gallon water container. I would say that's your minimum. If your trying this out for the first time I really recommend a helmet of some type there are a lot of very hard surfaces you can bounce your skull off of.... GPS would be great but for a first timer of you want to cut you can cut that and make sure your between two experienced drivers on the road... One to follow and one that will keep track of you, and the radio makes it possible to tell you, you went the wrong way.. This is not a fully supported off road excursion its just us friends and no one else. I would not leave anyone out there alone and will get you to the nearest point you can call a tow truck from...

Thanks Ice

Crap--- I can make it to this run.... I think!

Only problems are:
No radio yet (I'll get the Outlaw unit rec here)
No nav yet

And fully stock- should I get a mid perch adjustment too?

I'll be in Nor Cal and will be driving down. Oh and there are tons of great toys at good prices at toysrus
