Lol, I wanna buy cup's handheld radio that he let me use for the south lake run from him, it was working great, at least I could hear everyone else most of the time, I do wanna get the ICOM as well though

Don't waste your money on a handheld just buy the mounted. The extra range and clearity is well worth it

Just want to clarify a few things. This not a fully supported RE run. Therefore we can not specify what is needed and what you have to have with you are how your truck is equipped. All I can do is recommend what would make your day much more enjoyable.
I will have an old map file that has not been Prerun this year and we may have to make some changes to the route that day depending on any trail changes. As far as none Lawrence units they will not work with our mapping system.
Handhelds do not work very well and we have had problems with them in the past because they do not transmit far enough.
Each truck in the group will be responsible for the truck behind them to make sure they don't miss any turns.
This is just a fun run to get together, play with our trucks and to gather toys for children who if it wasn't for us may not get any.

The Raptor needs to be with her own kind.
