Before the rear tire doesn't work so well. I smashed the **** out of my tail pipes and they get hung up on everything. If I don't make a new cat- back I'm just going to cut off whats left of my tail pipes and weld turn downs on and call it a day.

I had a "Lighting" style/type fabricated for mine with the dual SS rolled tips. Next week am having the muffler I had put on removed and a Magna Pak installed because it has the most wicked sound I have ever heard out of these trucks!!

i cant see it being any worse than in the stock position....at least if its before the rear tire and tucked up it is somewhat protected by the sidesteps no?

I can see it being an issue if you're doing some serious rock crawling or highspeed desert runs (limited possibility I would think).

But for those whose main purpose is not those options (mine will never see 99 mph in the dirt) I would love to have the single or dual (Black) tips exit front of axle on both side of truck with cutout installed already!

you're not going to get it out in front of the tire on both sides with the fuel tank on the drivers side.

But the passenger side shouldn't be an issue, the frame rail steps up at that point, should be no reason for it to hang low and get smashed up.

The side step on the right side is what smashed my tail pipes. There are some earlier pics of my truck on here somewhere and you see the only way to do it is to run it was under the side step.

I definitely don't want it under the step. Somebody posted pics of one behind the step, nice and tucked up.
