Ok. I calculated the Invoice as $44,997. That's a stock 2013 SCAB with 801a only. I'll call that $1400 over invoice unless you tell me otherwise. MSRP was $49,095.

Sounds right. I knew it was closer to invoice than it was MSRP. Still much better than the other dealers I spoke with were offering me.

When I put in the quote requests I specified I wanted to be contacted via e-mail, SouthWest was the only one that didn't immediately call me at work.

These were in my $46,400, was everything but tax.

So is that right? He paid roughly $1400 over invoice and that included the advertising fee, destination and delivery and fuel charge. Is that the right way to think about that. I just want to make sure that the list is correct and we're all on the same page.

I assume we don't want to think about it as he paid $400 under invoice but then had to pay for the ADV, D&D and fuel charges of $1800.

Am I thinking about that right?

Because everyone pays it, I think invoice pricing should always include ADV, Fuel and D&D. Once you subtract ADV, Fuel or D&D, it will just get confusing and thus hard to compare apples to apples. I hope that makes sense.

YEP...that is correct! The "invoice" must include those fees!!!
