I am attending next week on 6/7-6/8 (I plan to attend the dinner as I will be on my own and will be a chance to meet and chat with others before the driving day).

Quick question for those that have already attended, did you bring your own helmet or use the ones provided? How much of the time do you actually need to use the helmet, I assume its not very much?

I have my own helmet, but just not sure I want to bring it on the plane etc. If the ones provided are in good condition (i.e. don't stink bad, like others I have had at other events) then I will just use what's there.

Looking forward to it based on others reviews.

Cheers

Helmets are provided and seemed well maintenance and clean. Sizes range from pin-head to punkin-head so you'll be fine. You use the helmets very little. Once doing the initial gravel track for 4 laps and then again doing the Baja section for a couple of runs.

Perfect, thanks Bart!

I bought my 2018 on April 18 and according to the FAQs, I have 12 months from the day I purchased it to register and attend. The only open dates left are at the end of November, so does anyone know when the dates for Mar/Apr of next year will be posted?

Last year the schedule came out around November. I was in the same boat as you and I pushed my date to the one year mark as I wanted nicer weather. You'll have plenty of availability when it's released, the bookings start to ramp up and dates become unavailable starting around Feb/March.

How did everyone find out about this opportunity? If I had not just happened upon this thread I would have had no idea that this was even possible. This is really cool! I just got my Raptor two weeks ago.

You are supposed to get an invite by mail or email, tho I only did several months after I had signed up.

I only knew about it from online, I never got an invite in the mail, and my dealership had zero clue about it.
