I also drive mine daily, although I've always driven a truck on a daily basis so that seems irrelevant. One thing I'll mention is instead of taking the wife's SUV which rides great and gets better gas mileage on long trips, which is what we normally did, now we always take the Raptor. We've only had it a year and we've put 23k on it so far while only putting 1k on our other vehicle. The first time I took it off road was an eye opener. In my old F-150 I would have to take it slow and easy over the terrain, but in the Raptor, it's like a highway now. For the record, I have ridden in Tacoma's so I think you'll be sold/convinced on a test drive I'm sure.

I have no doubt it will ride better than my tacoma since its not a stock setup. I put a camburg suspension on it with larger coils and shocks that should be on a tundra.

I had planned on putting a heavy steel bumper upfront and then decided not to. The result is it rides like a log wagon with a straight axle.

Ordered the Raptor today so now I just have to wait another 8-10 weeks until it gets here.

Thanks for everyones input. Its great to hear others opinions and ideas on this truck.

Mine is my daily driver and the preferred road trip vehicle. Won't find a better riding truck

Plus where I live it's a 3-4 hour drive to the nearest off-roading. For anything decent it's 8+ hours

Congrats on ordering one. The wait sucks but the reward at the end is awesome.

I drive mine every day and love it. In fact I have been pretty darn grumpy when my Raptor has been gone for a few days. Just drove the loaner loaded Lariat with Ecoboost from Friday until last night. Hated every minute driving a different 2013 truck. Also have to say after spending that much time with an Ecoboost I have no idea why anyone would want it in a Raptor. Enjoy your truck when it gets here.

One grown ass man driving a 5 passenger vehicle by himself everyday. Rides better than my girlriends Mercedes, has more room, longer range, and handles better. You have lots of sand to run through. It's called the Eglin Range.

The hard part is the wait and not buying parts.

You'll love it...Awesome truck and a great daily driver!! Just plan to park away from the crowd a bit so the ******** don't get pissed and ding you for being so close to them in the parking spot!! The width of the truck really shows when parking it!! Congrats!
