Exactly. The raptor is already a massive vehicle. Why not actually have the interior space to match. It’s beyond me why someone would chose a SCAB over a SCREW unless there was no other option. (I get initially there was no other option) That and the SCAB has a lower tow rating which is kinda a man card violation. Flame suit on, here comes the SCAB police.

Hello everyone, silver 2012 6.2 4 door raptor 112,000 miles or 2010 6.2 2 door black raptor 120,000 miles?
I got a silver 2011 Gen 1 6.2 SCREW. In the past I've had an all black Toyota truck, VW Rabbit GTI, & Porsche 944. My verdict: black is not the right color for something you want to use and enjoy; it's the color for something you want to show off. It shows water marks and wax swirls when it's not showing scratches, dings, paint chips, and dents. It's also more likely to be fu cked with or keyed by random as sholes. I don't need that in my life. I don't want to play the "park as far away from other cars" game like I did in the 944. I don't want to drive at half speed to avoid scratches, aka "Barstow Pinstriping", in the Dez. Just my 2cents.

I have owned a few black vehicles too.
My first in my late teens was a 1980 Firebird Formula.
It was a VERY sharp looking car, t-tops multi color red/orange Formula stripes...
But I owned that car about 2-3 weeks and woke up a few mornings having dreams/nightmares that I was washing / waxing it all night long.
Looked nice when clean, but started getting dirty, spots as soon as done polishing; start all over again.

My daily driver ecoboost SCREW almost never carries passengers in back, but it ALWAYS has a floor jack, tow straps, hefty bags, jumper cables, a tool box & tool bags, coolant bottles, first aid & fire bottle, even extra cold/wet weather gear. And all of it is out of sight. No way to do that in a SCAB.

23 v 36 gallon tank too is a thing to keep in mind.

I like cruising longer distances before needing to fillup. Don't care about costs, more about not having to go out of my way for the good stations often.
I thought it was 26 vs 36. They both have their pros and cons. Scab def more ‘nimble’ since a foot shorter. Crew cab doors have their perks. No wrong choice here. Scab works for me.
