If You are at 60k miles, it should be covered under the 60k mile 5 yr power train warranty from the factory.

I don't have the extended warranty

The dealer may blame it on the tune though

They told me they can't fix the problem by tune

Transmission main control is it the valve body or different part ?
Can I use the valve body rebuild kit or I have to change it ?
How difficult to install that kit ?

From my invoice (Not saying your leak is originating from the same place)...

Transmission bulkhead connector sleeve seal leaking. Per TSB 14-0069, connector sleeve removed and replaced all three seals. Installed sleeve and topped off fluid.

Doubtful if it happened immediately after a fluid change, either some crap got pushed into a valve during the flush and its not moving correctly, or you trans was relying on the crud in the fluid for smooth operation.

Speaking with a friend a while back who is a service department manager at a large dealership he was saying that they see a higher transmission failure rate on transmissions that have recently been flushed vs left for ever with no fluid changes. To which I would agree as this happened to me with my Jeep maybe 1000 miles after the transmission was flushed.

I've heard this same thing from multiple people, about multiple vehicle types and have always wondered if it was accurate... So much so, I think about it EVERY time a service is recommended.
