Nope, they never said so and the packing slip doesn't show anything of the sort.

Didn't get the entire catback though, just the tail pipe assembly (part# 54422) but that really is all that needed replaced.

Going to cut the broken assembly over the rear axle to still have my offroad version and put this new on for normal daily use.
