Ford already is making right, they're not shipping you a truck that has transmission issues. It sucks you didn't get it yet, but you'd be even more pissed to get a truck that wasn't right.

For what it is worth, a friend of mine in Dearborn said the issue was not due to durability. He said it was something related to an electronic calibration related to suspension. He said all vehicles needed to be "tweaked" prior to shipment.Ford already is making right, they're not shipping you a truck that has transmission issues. Agreed to get it "right". Key issue is why are they released for shipment on 12/16 and still in Dearborn. Trucks built after 12/16 are parked in driveways and garages. For me the issue is not with Ford Corporate. It's with the dealership I'm dealing with. They have mislead me twice in thinking the truck was on it's way to being delivered. It took me educating myself on this site with the content provided into who to contact for a somewhat more accurate description of information on my vehicle. At one point I asked my dealer for the build date, he said since it was already built he can no longer get that information. I'm guessing he has never heard of Ford Etis. Id rather get the truck "right" later, than "not right" earlier.

Same with my neighbor. His was ordered on October 11, he was 10th in the priority list at the dealer, and it is now sitting in his driveway.I just want to say I was the 4th order at my dealer. Build on 12/14. Ship on 12/21. Truck is in my driveway. Order 1-3 ... Ramp 59
