TRIED MAGNETS.ONE ON EACH LIGHT,STILL NO GOOD.MINE IS NOT ONLY STATIC,WIPES OUT MY HD RADIO COMPLETLY.MY BROTHER HAS A 15 SUPERDUTY,LIGHTS DO SAME THING.

It's not the cables, it's the lights themselves. cheaper aftermarket HID's do it real bad with cheapo transformers inline. Rigid should be about the best you can buy. On motorcycles, we all started mounting HID lights on crash bars when they first came out and man, high distant FM stations and almost all AM stations would disappear.

If it was power noise you would get a hum in the speakers, in this case the ignition of the lights breaks up radio waves.

If you want to test this get another car battery close enough you can power the lights from it. Take the power away from your truck and use an external battery, you will still get noise in higher FM station and probably all AM's.
