Hey..thanks for reply to my question...I attached a photo....I grounded it to the inside fender right next to where the Neg. Battery cable is grounded. Wrong spot??View attachment 130717
Definitely try the noise cancel.

Ground spot looks fine make sure it’s tight. If you have the length maybe try a different spot.

My lights are grounded to both of those screws.

Hummm...not sure why going to both spots would help or be needed, and would figure since it was a Raptor harness, they would of put 2 ground leads if needed....BUT...wont hurt me to run another ground and see....Thanks

That would be to easy to just move the ground...BUT...will give it a try...Not good with electrical, but sure can run a longer wire and try new spot....but with the 50-50 some get it,some dont, think its got to drive me crazy a little longer before its fixed...Murphys Law strikes again.. :)

I indicated both screws, only because 2 terminals to each screw was a mounting convenience than fitting 4 ring terminals all to one screw.

Guess the special harness I bought did away with 4 ring terminals as you mention,I only had the 1 to ground.

Yes, the Rigid pair sets came with their own harness assembly, portions of which does not get used, like the relay and switch assemblies.

Exactly....I have the 2 Rigid Harnesses that came with the 2 sets of lights....I spent the extra $45 and got the Raptor Harness to make it easier.

BUMMER..!! You would think Radio Static would be a thing of the past nowadays ... use to get in my 1960-1980's vehicles...this is the first new vehicle I've owned with this problem...
Still working on it,no luck yet...might have to stop and pick up one of those Magnets mentioned in this Thread...
