Not even close compared to the K 40 for stealth, The ****** is like having a 1980's cell phone installed in your car in regards to the interior unit.

K40 is one of the least reliable LIDAR diffusers on the market. If you want to get serious about CM's, shoot me a PM and I can point you in the right direction.

Good luck with the MAX. They're still working out some issues with them. But it should be a pretty sweet detector when they work out all the bugs.

so this may be a stupid question but this would be my first detector and I know NOTHING about them. Is there a system that is completely concealed? Silver, I seem to recall having a setup that was wired to an upfitter. I really like that idea as well. I do tons of research before I buy anything (took me 3 years to actually pull the trigger on the raptor) so if anyone can point me in a direction.

Installed/stealth radar detection and laser diffusers...although the ZR4 shifters are not the best laser shifters.

If you want just stealth/installed radar detection:

Keep an eye on ****** as they have an upgraded version of the ZR4 shifters coming out that will be compatible with the current line of detectors.

This "kit" will allow you to retrofit the new shifters to your existing installation.

Interesting. Anyone know what equipment/bands cops are using in CA? they are killing me on my drive to and from AZ. Luckily havent gotten any tickets yet but I would like to minimize drive time ha. Usually they are huge ***** right by the boarder too at the "last chance" speed trap.
