I have a 2018 Raptor with ongoing freezing door issues. I've had all the recalls done, problem still exists. There is an oval shaped grommet below each door latch that, if rotated 180 degrees may help resolve the issue or so I'm told. It's not just a hole plug but apparently some kind of drain. Hard to explain but if you pop it out, there there is a curved, hollow channel. Some of mine point up, and others point down. Can someone tell me how they should be from the factory?
