Quick question: What size torx...

From what I could find online, that plastic sleeve goes in between the bed and the bed extender with the larger diameter side on the bed. I also found Ford's installation instructions which were probably the worst installation instructions I've ever seen.

Ya i saw those and thought the same thing. Ill take a pic today and show you what mine looks like installed. Thanks.

Didnt have time today for the pic. I'll do it tuesday but may have the bushings by then so it may solve my issues.

With the right tool you get the job done! I had to buy a torx bit to thread the hole since there was spray in material in the threads. I used my drill and it sliced right through. I also got the bushings they only help with the locking pin. Thanks for all your help!
