I assume all tires will have this slight difference.. unless you get lucky and get the four that are all about the same.

I assume there would usually be a slight variance, but 1.3 lbs on the same tire seems high??

No clue. But I have 33s BFGs TAs on my landcruiser and they too were 1-2 pounds apart.

BTW .. my NVs were also 1-2 pounds difference from one another.

Interesting..Thanks.

Toyo MT is my choice, put the two tires side by side and you will see the difference.

I will pair them up to my NVs (heaviest wheel will go with lightest tire, ect) so that once mounted they are all the same weight. Then I will take it one step further and mount the 2 of the closes weight wheel/tire on the same axle. YES, I am bit ****. :)

That is interesting.. I wouldn't expect it with the wheels? Must be normal though.

No doubt the TOYO MT is a great looking tire and it means business. But it weighs 20 more pounds per tire. Too much for me.

I think the Duratracs are very aggressive tire without the weight penalty. I spoke to TMX and they told me several guys at the recent TRR were running them and they performed well.

to the OP. I paid $253 per tire at tirecrazy.com and received an instant $20 rebate. I also received a $60 mail in rebate. You do have to pay shipping but shipping was not too bad.

Just saying in person at the tire retailer put the two tires side by side and compare, you will see why the Toyo weighs more its just that much more aggressive with a much deeper tread.

I am sold on duratracs...

2 years at TRR
Snoball 500
Bullrun
Missouri mud and snow

They have served me well over last 33,000 miles. The main thing to remember the Raptor is a heavy ass truck. You do not float over the mud, you dig and power yourself through it. With the Raptor and Duratracs in deep mud you have to keep wheel speed up to keep them cleaned out verse MTR.
