This is why I asked. I've never been in the market for a used vehicle where the book value is higher than it was new. It's hard to argue with the sales guy when NADA shows $52k though.

Hold out, check out cars.com etc and find a PRIVATE PARTY selling one.

Hey, he needs to check out the GARAGE SALE area, some killer Raptors are up for sale for not much more!

One sold REAL quick. He could have gotten more for it. I say look for a private party deal and be ready to pull the trigger.
If a dealer offered me $65k for mine it would be gone! (Although I REALLY like my truck)

I've found that the "sticker" price listed for new ones almost never have the ADP markup. Two dealers (at least here in CA) listed the sticker price then when I inquired, there was $5k to $10k markup.

The $5k markup was for a 800 and the dealer touted how their markup was much lower than the rest... oh great....

The ability to wheel and deal on these trucks gets smaller every day as supply dwindles. Not saying pay out the ass for one, but don't hunt too long for a deal you may not find. 5 to 10k markup was normal before production stopped. Good luck but if I were to put mine up for sale right now a 2013 with 24,000 miles I would list it at 60k or higher just saying.

I forgot to add I ordered it brand new with 8 miles and paid 51k.
