That 18 is Lightning Blue. Unfortunately 2018 was the last year for that color.

I think you could flip a coin. Before you look at it, do a quick gut check. Are you secretly hoping for a particular result? If so, then that's what it was. Put the coin back in your pocket without looking at it and proceed. Good luck.

Choose a color that is more equitable and culturally accepted.

This was one that fell through a couple of weeks ago. I think it's Lightening Blue or Blue Flame. I thought it looked really sharp.

I see way more Leadfoot than Velocity Blue in Colorado. I'm not a very big fan of the Velocity Blue, too flashy. I love Performance Blue because it throws different colors in bright sun vs overcast sky. Leadfoot was my original color of choice, so that's what I voted for.
