I am the same way. Just kept the the screen closed because it is too bright.

I put 15% on it. looks like it will be adequate.

I don't get why tint shops do that. It's as easy as telling you beforehand with a disclaimer, if it cracks they are not liable. not hard. Again, I think that is bs anyhow.

Firm believer in ceramic tint. Had it on my 2007 FJ Cruiser and just recently sold it. FJ was black and the truck stayed cooler than my previous silver and white cars with non-ceramic. Even in this 100+ Texas heat. Also, the color looked as good as day one. No obvious fading/discoloration, nor adhesive issues at all. I forget the brand being that it was so long ago, but will get this cheap $tealership shit stripped off and some good ceramic asap.
