So I went in and started it with the service manager and pointed out the noise. Kind of brutal that’s how it has to go but at least now we’re on the same page that something isn’t right. They’ve been poking around most of the day and believe they have the sound isolated to the tensioner assembly which they will replace tomorrow. I’ll report back after that.
