From what I have gathered, Ford doesn’t think it’s an issue until they start receiving other reports. As much as it sucks bringing it in, seems like a necessary step for us to get fixed. Honestly think they could diagnose very easily if they took the belt off and started the truck to see if sound still present. No way it should take weeks to diagnose. I also called ford customer service and started a case so they can hopefully help fast track if dealer drags their feet.

Make ready guy at the dealership also scratched the hell out of my driver rear window by scraping off the stickers with a messed up razor blade. They said that they will replace the window or pay for a detailer to attempt to polish them out. FML

Just texted my salesman to let him know about the noise. He has been the go between to set up everything with the Service Department (Loaner vehicle, scheduling, etc.) Told him the 2025 R order that he already offered to me is looking very appealing with all of the unrelated issues on top of this noise.

Update. Shop foreman had a listen. He heard the noise. He thinks it’s normal. Basically more of the same, deferring it to until Ford reports it’s an issue. I have an open case with Ford, they have offered to engage the dealer when I bring it back and help figure it out. I don’t really have the time right now to go back and forth to dealer.
I think all with this noise should call ford customer service and report a squeaky pulley/belt noise at cold start, takes less time than dealer and will help them build the case for future squeakers.

Hi guys, I’ve done a pretty deep internet dive on this. It seems like the same issue the coyotes were having that they issued a TSB on. Apparently this issue has affected other engines after the TSB as well. Always passenger side, sounds like belt chirp, goes away when warm. Fix was cam phasers, timing chain, or in one case just vct solenoids. As the 5.2l predator is a coyote variant, it could be the same issue showing with the R.
From what I have read, an easy way to diagnose is taking off the belt running the car, noise goes away it’s probably pulley related. If not, unplugging the vct solenoids and idling the car the noise should go away. If that’s the case, the fix is likely the above link.
I’m gonna have a mechanic I trust listen to it with a stethoscope to determine where it’s coming from, my ear points towards the passenger side valve cover area and not a pulley.
