Got mine installed today. The ride feels as smooth as stock or a little smoother. There is less nose dive on braking also. The steering feel to me feels about the same but for some reason I think the steering wheel feels a little "heavier" when turning. Maybe its the same but it sure seemed like it was heavier. Could over tightening the 3 bolts on top of the strut cause it to be a little on the tight side? Also, I did not get 2 inches of lift. I only got 1 inch :( Measurement was 40.5 stock and now sits at 41.5. Not sure why I a got the short end of the stick.

Are you on the stock perch or mid perch? Sounds like stock.

Seems a little strange to me. I've had my Gieser Bros on stock perch for about a month and mine has been at right around 42.5" (with the stock BFG's) ever since install. I have however been messing with the rear height lately and have noticed slight differences in the front when the rear is at different heights. Just out of curiosity, what height is your rear at? What's your rear set up? Stock? Deavers?

Does it seem like that loose rattly feel over small bumps and pot holes is gone?

I only got about 1.5 inches. I assume you got your front realigned. If so that may be what makes your steering feel a bit different.

The rear is set at stock. At first I thought it was because I was sitting on an incline when I measured. So I turned the truck around. Got same measurement either direction.

The bumps feel fine in front, still get the rattle feel from the rear which is probably more pronounced now that the front is smoother. Guess now I will have to do Deavers in the back

Did alignment when I got the springs installed. Good thought though.

I can tell you once I put on the springs with the TOYO M/T's the alignment was a bitch. Not so much from the springs but more from the Toyo's. My steering did feel a little different (more tight?) but that may have come from the new tie rods as well. I know once I first put my Toyo's on the truck it felt different (tighter steering) you could also feel the side lugs on the tires through the steering and the installer told me they hate to align Toyo M/T tires due to the big lugs on the sidewalls that makes alignment very difficult.

I think the heavy feel of the wheel is just the little change in the alignment.

As for the height difference, is there any spacer or anything like that above the springs that could have been left out on installation of the springs? I was not there when the shop took out the old springs. I did check to make sure that the rubber springs isolator was reinstalled and it is there. I have a feeling that I just got a set of short springs. Being they are a 1 inch increase over stock, now I am worried that if I go mid perch then I will be at +2.5. I am worried I will have CV issues at that point.
