Ford doesn't make any money on people paying over MSRP - the dealer does.
Yep. If they thought limiting supply was a good idea manufacturers would have done it in the past. Dealerships are simply reacting to unprecedented conditions in their favor, its not some genius business strategy or plan. Dealerships will revert to chasing volume as always once these favorable conditions subside which will happen sooner than later. Manufacturers will want to increase production volume and move more vehicles. The car industry is all about the short term dollars in the pocket …they can’t see 2” in front of their face.

when the supply will exceed the demand, hope this time come soon... I work in building and we also have the same question, in a way, hope there is a crash in order some companies stop to make huge profit and that they keep their stuff or make discount...

This.

Both Ford and GM are trying to crack down on the ADM practice at dealerships. However, the current dealer structure doesn't make that as simple as it should be. Long term, I believe the current dealer model will be changed dramatically. Some dealer business practices today are going to cost them in the long run, but since dealers don't seem to be able to think about anything past the end of the month, I am sure it will come as a shock to them.

If we assume that hyper-inflation is coming, a Raptor at current MSRP would be a steal. LOL. Right now, it's only one wheel barrel of cash for a Raptor.
Assuming people’s income could keep up with the inflation
