I'd talk to them because I see the reservoir as in stock and the cooler is out of stock.

There is also an identical reservoir floating around too, probably made in the exact same factory, just no mounting brackets supplied with it.

Edit: here it is. https://www.kartek.com/parts/kartek...ir-with-filter-and-pressure-relief-valve.html
I like the Kartek design with the screw-on filter at the bottom of the res. Much better and less spillage when the filter is up high, facing you.

So if my thinking is correct, we will need an -10 ORB to -12 on the pump port and -8 ORB -6 on return port if we are going to run the Kartek reservoir. Not sure why the guy told me -10 to -6.

Had to look up what a few things meant lol

So it look like this is the one fitting thatd work.not the one i posted before. Kartek doesnt seem to have a -10 to -12 90* , figures thatd be to easy lol

That's fantastic, only change I'd make is Mercon LV.

Amsoil is fine but hard to source and I don't much like mixing fluids except in an emergency.
What about the factory steering cooler (#4 line) built into the AC condenser? Does that just get bypassed and plugged? And more importantly, does that small finned inline PS cooler provide more cooling than both the OEM cooler on the condenser PLUS the NEW finned reservoir?

Why did you do this to me... I already doubted myself with this setup, and now you're making me think I ****** up getting the cooler from GJ. Heck, I didn't even know the truck came with an steering cooler.....

Edit: I am also confused about hose routing. Can someone give us noobs and mechanically challenged members a breakdown?

I have a video on my YouTube. I'd walk out there and walk thru the routing right now if it wasn't raining heavy.
