I just browsed through all 128 pages here and there are some really cool wheels in here. Seen lots of great bumpers as well :) I'm going to be getting a '17 Raptor and I want to get the Fuel Beast 17"x9" wheels. I have some questions about offset.

I will keep the stock 35" KO2's but eventually will I probably want to go with 37" tires on the Fuel 17"x9" wheels. These wheels come in offsets of +20 +1 or -12.
I prefer the look of the -12 over the +20 since it has a more deep look, but I don't want problems later when I upgrade to the 37" tires. I think I read in here less problems with rubbing with higher offset, is that correct?
Can I go with the -12 or will I need spacers for that. It kind of says they are for lifted trucks. Any advice?

I realize nobody really has info on the '17 Raptor yet it seems like you guys with the Gen 1 have to do some modding to get the 37" tires to work.

Thank You

In my picture about yours, I have 37's on there. I didn't trim any thing. I put of some progressive springs and went to mid perch to fit 37x12.50x20. There's a TINY bit of rubbing when I go full lock on left turns but not on the other side. To be safe I'll probably just trim a little bit of each side but i really don't have to. :biggrin:

@VortexTed

PM'd you about the Fuel Beast. Just wanted to mention also after some light off roading the surface can get scratched. Otherwise great looking wheel and the different color helps in the sea of black wheels (nothing wrong with black).

Did you have to hammer the pinch welds at all?!? I was to understand that even at mid perch you had to hammer the pinch welds to fit 37's even with a stock +35 offset....

@Enigma94 didn't have to do anything to the truck to fit them and they only barely rub while going opposite lock the left. I've put about 200 miles on this setup and so far, there have been no problems.

WOW! If this is true I may have to get 37s. I wanted to go to 37s but I am not willing to hammer the pinch welds at all. What kind of springs did you go to? What's the specs of your wheels??
